● Job Description

-  Assist compliance manager

- Review contract and agreement

- Communicate with external lawyer or law firm related with legal/compliance issues and litigation

- Handle official documents relating to FSS and CREFIA

- Advise on legal and regulatory implication of new products and services

- Support the internal educational training of compliance

- Conduct research on legal/compliance issue

● Qualification

- Excellent in MS office, e.g., Excel and Power point

- Good understanding of laws and regulations

- Good interpersonal communication skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Law preferred

- More than 5 years' working experience at a financial company
