- Market Survey
- Gathering information about competitors' activities and
  price strategies to set up counter-proposals

- Analyze monthly and yearly sales trend
- Analyze sales turn over by branch
- Calculate profitability by IVD instrument (analyzers) & Reagents

- Product stock management
- Stock status check
- Rolling forecast

- Report to team leader
- Market survey report
- Meeting minutes
- Training plan and monitoring

- Preparing the sales tools
- Prepare brochures and advertising films
- Gimmicks
- Seminar & Symposium
- Master presentation file

- Training & Education
- Internal training for employees
  (Customer support team and sales rep.)
- External training for distributors
- Introduce Roche new & strategic products (on label) to
  customers
- Communication with global marketing and support team
- Participating the product training

- Customer visiting
- Workshop, product presentation, proposals (on label) etc.
- Visit customers for critical product changes or problem solving
  (on label)

- Meeting with sales Reps and distributors
- Product training
- Collecting information of the competitors and the customers

- Product lifecycle management
- Prepare official documents for NECA & HIRA registration with
  market access team
- Handing reimbursement issues
- Phase out and/or change generation of related products
- Price management by customer segment and/or strategic
  purpose
- Prepare & execute new product launch on local market in
  communication with Global HQ/APAC/Local internal supports
- Support solution of quality issue with PS & QA
- Expand indication & contents in method sheet with RA

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Health/Science disciplines
- Healthcare industry experience (preferable)
- Work experience 3~6 yrs (preferable Sales work experience)
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English

1. Instrument Life Cycle Management
 - Check instrument movement process
  ㆍCoordinate and consult the process
  ㆍCheck the evidence and confirm the manual outbound
  ㆍManage Instrument Consignment
- Manage Asset master :
  ㆍCreate fixed asset of leased instruments and accessories
  ㆍ Manage asset list
- Manage Equipment master
  ㆍUpdate Equipment master
  ㆍCheck data movement to REXIS
- Manage Deal master
  ㆍCreate, Change and Delete deals in SAP
  ㆍUpdate all instrument movements in Deal master
- Provide the information regularly related to instrument
  movement (consignment / placement)

2. Contract Life Cycle Management
 - Centralize all company contracts
  ㆍCreate and Update All Distributor master Contracts Reagent
     rental contracts
  ㆍProvide information related to contracts

3. Distributor Management
 - Operate the process of distributor evaluation
  ㆍDistribute and collect customer survey results
  ㆍDistribute and collect distributor evaluation packs
  ㆍManage supporting documents

4. Customer Master Management
- Create Customer codes and revise customer information in SAP
- Manage and Provide Customer master list regularly

5. Price Master Management
 - Create and maintain Price master in SAP

6. Business Controlling
 - Collect and Check Under-performing deal planning report

7. Business Information System Management
- Tester of new function of SAP

Qualifications
- Language : English
  (Good written communication skill in English is preferred)
- Skills : MS Excel, ERP experience preferred
- Education : Bachelor degree
- Holding basic financial knowledge background
