5. Communication - Information through appropriate communication channels. - WS & IT internal communication for dataflow - Communication in customer site (From Kick-off to Wrap-up and follow up actions) - Initiative communication with sales, distributors and customers when we have change or update on product related information or market information. If it is needed public communication, manage proper action to be taken. - Communication with APAC for updates, consulting service, simulation, and project management.
6. Customer support - Customer site analysis. - Ensure ongoing, timely customer support for all defined products by providing product - Benchmark survey - Visit customers for consulting, workshop, proposal presentation, and problem solving
[Qualification] - At least Bachelor Degree in a life science / medical related discipline, is required.
